Being active is one of the best ways to boost your mood, energy, and confidence …. and it all counts! 🏋️‍♀️🌈

0.5lbs = a can of fizzy drink 🥤

1lbs = a small loaf of bread 🍞

3lbs = a bag of potatoes 🥔

Imagine carrying those around all day – and then putting them down for good 🙌!
