I offer a range of treatments:- * Deep Tissue Sports Massage* Relaxing/Therapeutic Massage* Helping everything from a stiff neck to a tight hamstring

I have always jogged but was introduced to the world of running and racing in 2017. After picking up a few niggles early on due to inexperience and not looking after my muscles properly, I became interested in prevention and treatments (recognising the importance of massage) to the point where I decided to train and pursue a career in Sports Massage

Even our "little people" need a treatment sometimes😉
Dawid,my son recently got in to football team.That's mean lots of training and football matches and that's mean tight muscles and niggles(let's hope no injury🤞)
He is having regular treatment from me to keep his muscles in good shape.
