It just goes to show if u truly put ur mind at it you can do it. Never give up, push ur self get ur self a buddy to to do it together. I've joined the gym aswell found a gym buddy. Do it for ur self not for others this has truly pushed me more and more. If anyone would like to join in the next lap we start Monday.

Nothing beats a nice Cold Caffè shake in this beautiful weather. I woke up this morning and was going throw away my healthy routine.
