We’d like to wish all the friends and family of our residents a warm and relaxing Christmas. Our heartfelt thanks go to our incredible team who are working on Christmas Day and throughout the festive season, making sure our residents enjoy every moment 🩷

We've been hard at work writing up a care plan for this frosty fella ☃️

He doesn't say much, but he loves a chilly breeze and has round-the-clock emergency access to the freezer if a puddle forms... and there's a moderate risk of dogs stealing one of his arms!

We'll review the plan when there's the first sign of daffodils 🌼
