T&R Medix are proud to be offering Baby First Aid workshops The Charlton Centre part of Dover Big Local from May. This workshop is ideal for new mummies/daddies and siblings or anyone looking after a baby. The course is for anyone who has a baby up to 18months. Come and join us. If you are interested please pop into @ Dover Big Local and add your name to the list.
The course is for 2hrs per week for 3 weeks. Learn what to do in an emergency CPR, choking, injuries and illness. What to keep in your home first aid kit etc. Spaces are limited so please book asap.

🔥 Last Female Standing – Magdalena Cass

Huge congratulations to Magdalena Cass, who battled it out at the Kent Backyard Ultra to become our Last Female Standing.

Backyard Ultras are as much a mental challenge as they are physical. Yard after yard, hour after hour, it comes down to resilience, determination, and the willingness to keep showing up when things get tough. Magdalena did exactly that.

Today also happens to be International Women’s Day, which makes this achievement even more fitting.
We’re proud to see more and more women stepping up to the Backyard format, proving that these events are not about speed alone, but about strength, patience, and grit.
Magdalena showed exactly what that looks like.
