New Year, New Goals? Let’s do it safely. 🎯

The start of a new year is always exciting, but it’s easy to push too hard too soon. Here are our top tips to help you stay on track without getting injured:

Progress gradually: If you’re starting a new activity or exercise, increase intensity and duration slowly. Jumping in too fast is one of the most common causes of injury.

Ease back in: If you’ve been less active over the festive period, some stiffness or mild soreness is normal. Listen to your body and give it time to adapt.

Hydrate & eat well: Overindulgence can affect energy, recovery, and performance. Focus on water, protein, and balanced meals to help your body bounce back.

Don’t skip rest days: Recovery is where your body adapts and strengthens. Rest days reduce fatigue and lower the risk of overuse injuries.
