✨ When it's dark, look for the light. And if you can't find it, shine your own beautiful light ✨

💨💦☀️🌈 It's absolutely perfect weather today to cleanse, clear & shine light on the grimy energy of last week, the weekend, & whatever modern life is dealing you right now

🌈 This rainbow appeared whilst we were in the car, on our way to walk the dog at our favourite place
🌈 Huge. Colourful. Expansive. Full of hope
It hung across half of the horizon for most of our journey & the entire time we were there
🌈 I bloody love a rainbow, me, of any denomination, big, small, intense, feint, natural, artificial...
🌈 Rainbows for me will always fill me with
Joy
Gratitude
Love
Hope
Promise

So today, permit the rain to wash away the murkiness, let the wind blow away any stale, unhelpful energy, & pause for a moment to allow yourself to receive whatever you need from nature's beautiful symbol of optimism

💖 Where's your focus right now? 💖 Where's your energy right now?

🌍 The world is quite a heavy place right now- How are you doing?

💖 Remember...
We are not designed to carry the weight of the whole world
We are not meant to know what is going on ALL around the world, ALL of the time

🙏 Please protect your energy...

Please try to avoid watching, reading about, or listening to the news...
It's saturating, it's draining, it's overwhelming
This way, when you accidentally catch the odd bulletin, instead of becoming emotionally involved & consumed by it, you can actually respond in a rational way, before moving on & getting on with your day

Become aware of what you interact with, respond to, & share on social media...
The more negativity you interact with, the more negativity the algorithm will assume you want & will send your way
On the other hand, the more you interact with the content that's inspiring, positive, creative etc, the more Positivity will be sent your way

💕 Please make the effort to check in with your energy & what you are surrounding yourself with, taking even the smallest steps to keep yourself safe, healthy & happy...
A relaxing bath
Losing yourself in a book
Your movement or exercise of choice
Belting out your favourite tunes
Meditation
Anything that makes you laugh...
