Namo holds 3 regular Hatha Yoga classes each week.
Monday morning 9.30am - 10.30am at Tibberton Village Hall
Tuesday evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm at St. Peter’s School in Droitwich
Thursday evening 6.30pm - 7.30pm at Tibberton Village Hall.

Sports Massage and Ayurvedic Massage.
Sometimes we need a little help to get us moving. Aimee, founder of Namo, is qualified in Sports Massage Therapy and Ayurvedic Massage. Your massage will be a blend of the two to meet your individual needs.
Massage treatments are available at Lacosette in Droitwich by appointment only on:
Wednesdays between 10am - 8pm
Saturdays between 10am - 5pm.
Massage helps to reduce tightness and tension in muscles, increases flexibility and joint mobility, not to mention it is super relaxing. Treatments at Namo are tailored to each client so if you’ve got an achey back or shoulders from your job, want to loosen up your hamstrings for your forward folds or breakdown tension in the body to improve sleep, we’ll work out a plan that suits you.
