Louise wanted to modernise her old back boiler central heating system, to a modern, sleek Worcester 8000 STYLE combination boiler.

This installation in was nice and straightforward.

We just went over the top with floor protection, as the flooring was brand new 🫣 😂

The customer was over the moon with their new boiler and we were over the moon with drinking "posh coffees" all day.

This service found a crack in the main heat exchanger.
We contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement of the heat exchanger under warranty.
The customer was happy......no hassle.....and more importantly.....no charger for the £500 heat exchanger.

Earlier this week we helped our customer by getting their poorly back up and running with a bit of TLC and elbow grease.

Will the next stage be a full pamper session with new blingy bits and pieces or just get rid and install a new boiler 🤔?
