is back with the next free reiki session give away, in honour of May day and the transition to summer light. The summer months are a time for rejuvenated energy and balance with the warmer earth beneath our feet inviting us to ground, shield and stabilise our nervous system.

If you'd like to enter the competition, or if you know someone who could do with some holistic health pampering, then pop your name (or tag your nominee) in the comments.

The winner will be announced on 1st May.
