I am delighted to be returning with another family retreat day this summer at the wonderful . There will be time for family and partner yoga, mindful activities, play, time in nature, a picnic, and toasting marshmallows on the fire.

Cost is £35 for one parent and child + £5 for any additional family members (big or little!)

Suggested age range is 6-11 but I'm happy for you to use your judgement.

Spaces are limited so please get in touch via email or DM if you'd like more info or to book.
