I help golfers and high performers build mental mastery, improving confidence, focus, and results through practical hypnosis and mindset work.
My approach is calm, professional, and performance focused, helping people perform consistently under pressure. Mental Mastery for Golfers and High Performers
I help golfers and high performers build confidence, sharpen focus, and achieve consistent results through practical hypnosis and mindset work. Many golfers struggle with confidence, overthinking, or pressure at key moments. Hypnosis works directly with the subconscious mind to improve calm decision making, focus, and performance when it matters most, on the course and beyond. The same mental mastery principles used in golf also apply to business performance, leadership, and everyday high pressure environments. How I Work
• Golf performance hypnosis to improve focus, confidence, and consistency
• Business performance support to reduce self doubt, stress, and mental overload
• Corporate sessions focused on clarity, resilience, and performance
• Hypnosis training for those who want to learn and apply these skills themselves
With over 20 years’ experience, I work one to one, with groups, and with organisations in the UK and internationally. My approach is calm, practical, and performance focused, helping people perform under pressure without forcing change. Do you replay work conversations long after the day has finished?
High performers reset quickly.
They do not carry yesterday’s mistakes into today.
Mental recovery is a skill.
When the mind knows how to reset, performance stays consistent even under pressure.
Clarity creates momentum.

What tends to linger in your mind longer than it should after work?

Confidence disappears fastest when you try to force it.
Confidence is not something you chase.
It emerges naturally when the mind feels settled and safe.
Pressure and self criticism quietly undermine it.
Reducing internal tension allows confidence to return without effort.
This applies to conversations, choices, and everyday challenges.
Question:
Where would you like to feel calmer confidence in your life?

Ever notice how your swing feels fine on the range, but tight on the course?
Most golfers work on technique when scores stall.
Very few work on the state of mind they bring to each shot.
Tension narrows focus.
Calm awareness expands it.
Your best golf appears when the mind stops interfering and allows the body to do what it already knows.

What usually knocks your focus off during a round?

Theme: Business Performance
Busy does not always mean productive.
In business, effort is rarely the problem.
Mental friction is.
Overthinking, hesitation, and second guessing drain momentum without you noticing.
The strongest performers are not the busiest.
They are the clearest.
When thinking settles, decisions speed up and confidence improves.
Question:
Where do you feel stuck or overcomplicating things in your business?
Comment or DM me.

Ever feel mentally tired before the day has really started?
Most people don’t struggle because they lack ability.
They struggle because their mind is overloaded.
When thinking becomes noisy, focus drops and simple decisions feel harder than they should.
Clarity does not come from pushing harder.
It comes from creating mental space.
Small changes in how you use your mind can quietly improve confidence, energy, and daily performance.
Question:
What feels mentally noisy for you right now?

Improvement accelerates when reflection is calm rather than critical.
Imagine achieving your goals, having clarity, focus, and confidence. The subconscious mind accepts it, visualising your success and creating new memories. This new way of thinking can form a new habit.

Sustained performance is not about endurance.
It is about recovery.
Many professionals stay switched on all day, every day, without ever resetting mentally.
Over time, stress builds, clarity drops, and motivation fades.
High performance includes deliberate mental recovery, not just physical rest.
When the nervous system resets, thinking sharpens and pressure feels manageable again.
If stress is starting to affect your performance or enjoyment of work, a short conversation can help.

Most productivity problems are not time problems.
They are attention problems.
Constant switching, notifications, and mental distractions fragment focus and reduce the quality of thinking.
Sustained focus is a skill.
It can be trained.
When attention stabilises, work becomes easier, faster, and more satisfying.
If staying focused feels harder than it used to, it is not a personal failing, it is a mental pattern that can be changed.
