What a Fantastic day we had in the Phoenix Woodland at Jasmine Road Community Gardens for Children's Mental Health Week 2025 ❤️

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow for our 1st The Veggie Gang Gardening Club of the Season and it is extra special as we will be celebrating St Georges Day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 where we will be planting Runner Beans for the Garden and for you to take home to enter into our Competition for the Longest Runner Bean🌱 Meet our Newest Addition to the Gardening Club our Therapy Chickens Betsy, Lily and Sandy. Also you will be able to make a St Georges Day 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Pom Pom with the Ladies from Black Country Wenches WI

We have something for the Adults as well Our Plot to Plate Community Cafe & Hub at Jasmine Road Community Gardens will also be open for a "British Favourite" Tea, Coffee and Bacon Sandwiches 🥓 as well as Scones with Jam

We would like to say a Massive Thank you 🙏 to everyone at MET Recruitment in Dudley

On Saturday as part of their 15th Birthday Celebrations 🎂 some of the MET families kindly volunteered their own time to help us plant a mixture of Conifers for Screening and Jasmine and Lavender to attract the Wildlife and help our Bees 🐝 in our Beautiful Mental Wellbeing Space Phoenix Woodland at Jasmine Road Community Gardens

We finished off the day, with the children gathered around the fire pit to make s’mores as well as getting the opportunity to meet our latest addition our 3 therapy chickens! 🐓

Hello and welcome to our Phoenix Woodland in the Beautiful Jasmine Road Community Gardens

We have been lucky enough to be able to create this Fantastic Wellbeing Space with the generous help of funding from National Lottery Community Fund. Thank you so much 🙏 it wouldn't have been possible without you

It is an Amazing Woodland Area next to our Pond where you can sit and relax by the Fire or in our Gazebo while you listen to the Birds and take in the Nature around you.

We would really like to be able to offer this space to benefit people suffering from Mental Health issues because as we all know Nature can do wonders for Mental Wellbeing.
