❄️ Winter Weather Update ❄️

We are open as usual today and running clinics as planned.

If the weather means you’re unable to attend your appointment, please contact the surgery as soon as possible to let us know.
If you are able to attend, please take extra care when travelling. The road outside the surgery has not been gritted and is quite slushy, and the pavements are white over, so conditions may be slippery.

⚠️ Amber Weather Warning. Please Read ⚠️

Due to the current amber weather alert, travel conditions may be difficult in some areas.

If you have an appointment with us and feel unable to attend safely, please let the surgery know as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer the appointment to another patient who may need it.

We also need to take into account the safety of our staff and allow them sufficient time to travel to work safely. If snow remains thick in the morning, the surgery may open slightly later than usual. Any updates will be shared as soon as possible.

Our priority is the safety of both patients and staff, so please avoid unnecessary travel in severe weather.
