Harbour of hope

Harbour of hope Over the past few years, I have dedicated myself to acquiring the knowledge and qualifications necessary to provide unwavering support to those in need.

My passion for counselling has been a driving force in my pursuit of expertise in this field.

As we step into 2026, I want to gently remind you that your mental health and wellbeing matter — not just today, but every day of the year.
A new year can bring hope, reflection, and fresh intentions… but it can also bring pressure, uncertainty, or old feelings that haven’t magically disappeared at midnight. There is no “right” way to start a new year.
If 2026 is about healing, slowing down, setting boundaries, or simply surviving one day at a time, that is more than enough. Progress doesn’t need to be loud. Growth doesn’t need to be perfect.
This year, I hope you choose kindness towards yourself, ask for support when you need it, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Support remains here — a safe space to talk, reflect, and be heard without judgement.
Wishing you a year that meets you where you are 🤍

As we step into a new year, I want to gently remind you that January doesn’t have to mean pressure, resolutions, or sudden change.

The new year can bring hope — but it can also bring exhaustion, uncertainty, or grief. All of those experiences are valid. Growth doesn’t need a deadline, and healing rarely follows a calendar.

If this year is about rest, survival, or simply getting through one day at a time, that is enough. And if you’re feeling ready for reflection or change, you don’t have to do that alone.

As we move into the year ahead, support remains here — a space to be heard, understood, and held without judgement.

Wishing you a year that is kind to you, at your pace 🤍

Kindness isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s checking in.
Sometimes it’s listening without fixing.
Sometimes it’s choosing patience when life feels heavy.

At What About Us, we believe kindness is a lifeline, especially for those who feel overlooked, unheard, or left behind.

You never know what someone is carrying.
So be kind.
Always.
Including to yourself.

💬 If this resonates, you’re not alone. We see you.

As we approach Christmas, I want to take a moment to wish you a peaceful and gentle festive season 🎄

For many, this time of year brings joy and connection — but for others it can feel heavy, lonely, or overwhelming. Whatever this season brings for you, please know that your feelings are valid and you are not alone.

If the days ahead feel difficult, try to move at your own pace, set boundaries where needed, and reach out for support. Looking after your emotional wellbeing is just as important as any other part of your health.

As we head into the new year, counselling spaces will continue to be available, and support remains here for those who need it. You don’t have to carry everything by yourself.

Wishing you safety, compassion, and moments of calm this Christmas and beyond 🤍
