💜 Over 500 Followers! 💜

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who’s followed, liked, shared, and supported Sanscence. We’ve just hit over 500 followers, which feels amazing for our little business here in Dukinfield!

When I started this page, I never imagined how many lovely people I’d meet along the way. Your kind words, bookings, and orders really do mean the world.

Being diagnosed with
fibromyalgia almost ten years ago was life changing for me but also after a few years of not really knowing what was causing me constant pain and tiredness was also a relief. I spent the next few years trying to carry on with my life using several medications and different types of exercise and diet
And for a while I carried on with my normal routine and put the tiredness into fatigue down to the daily routine of work home work home etc
But I needed something more than medicine and diet and my husband started to search for alternative treatments and luckily for me found a reiki practice nearby❤️

After several months of
treatments I found it was working and was diverting my mind from thinking about my constant pain and made me more relaxed and calm
After a few conversations with my therapist I decided to start training to become a reiki practitioner and wanted to help others with their own challenges
Sadly before I finished my diploma my younger brothers health deteriorated rapidly and he sadly passed away in February 2025
For a while I just couldn't be bothered with anything just wanted him with me and I struggled internally with my grief

Then totally unexpected the treatment room near me became available for rental and after several discussions with family and close friends I/we decided that it was a sign for me to continue my reiki journey and I finally finished my diploma xx

It was hard at first starting from scratch with no clients but we had a vision of what the business was all about and I used my emotions and grief of losing Shaun to push me forward instead of backwards
Seven months on my business is growing stronger each day and with the love and support of my family and close friends I will continue to put my energy and emotions into the community that I love with all my heart xx

Another autumn morning at Sanscence and when I have new clients coming everyday it makes me feel so good knowing that what started out as a dream is now reality .I love doing my treatments knowing that it’s helping my clients in different ways.
My room is so relaxing and calm and I love all the positive comments I get from my clients.
I started just over six months ago and slowly but surely my small business is growing

Hello lovely souls, and a massive warm welcome to all our new followers 💜

I just wanted to take a moment to say hello and tell you a little bit about Sanscence and my journey so far.

I’m Sandra, the Reiki practitioner behind Sanscence. My journey with Reiki began later in life, after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and searching for something, anything, that could help me feel whole again.

What I found was so much more than just relief. Reiki brought me stillness, clarity, and a deep sense of connection I didn’t even realise I was missing. From that very first experience, I knew I was meant to share this healing with others.

Today, I offer in-person Reiki sessions from my peaceful practice in Dukinfield, and alongside treatments I also create Reiki Charged candles, crystal gifts, and healing tools that act as little companions to help you continue your healing journey in between sessions. Each one is made with intention, Reiki energy, and love. They're available for purchase through DM or our Website.

Whether you’re new here or have been part of the Sanscence journey for a while, thank you for being here, for your kindness, and for supporting my small business. I can’t wait to connect with you all.
