I’ve just finished making the second batch of my glass jar candles and they’ve finally finished curing

These were so popular the first time round, they went much quicker than I expected.

I do have a good few available again now, but I don’t imagine they’ll hang around for too long.

There’s a common myth that Reiki is just for women…and it’s simply not true

Stress doesn’t have a gender. Burnout doesn’t have a gender. That feeling of being overwhelmed or mentally drained, men feel it too.

I see so many men who are constantly “on” working hard, looking after everyone else, and never really switching off.

Reiki is just a space to pause, to breathe and to let your mind and body properly relax for a while.

You don’t need to be spiritual.
You don’t need to know anything about Reiki.
You just need to give yourself that time.

I often get asked how to actually use intention with a candle, and the truth is it doesn’t need to be anything complicated at all. Most of the time, it’s just a quiet little moment.

Before you light it, just pause for a second and take a breath. Nothing too fancy, just slowing down.

Sometimes I’ll just think to myself how I want to feel, maybe its a bit calmer, a bit more settled, a bit clearer.

Then I’ll light the candle and leave it at that.

It’s not about doing it perfectly or following a routine, it’s just creating a small moment in your day that feels a bit more peaceful.

Everyone does it differently, and that’s exactly how it should be 🤍

I always love hearing how everyone uses their candles.

Some people light them in the evening to relax, some have them on while they’re reading, and others like them as part of a bath or quiet moment. We even have one customer who loves taking them on her walks with her for some quite meditation in nature.

And then there are probably ways I haven’t even thought of.

I’d love to know what you tend to do, and if you have a favourite scent you keep going back to.

We often get asked what “Reiki-charged” actually means

Before each candle, wax melt or piece of jewelry leaves us, I spend a quiet moment with it setting an intention and channelling Reiki energy, focusing on calm, balance, and a sense of peace ✨

It’s a really gentle process, nothing too heavy, just a way of putting a bit of love and care into every single one. It’s a quiet, mindful process, but one that feels really important to me.

So when you light one of our candles or melts, it’s not just filling the room with a nice smell, it’s also gently sharing that intention and energy into your space.

There’s something really peaceful about working with the Crown Chakra, as it helps you slow down, clear your mind, and feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.

This range was created to support spiritual connection, and a sense of inner calm, especially when you need a little quiet space away from the noise of everyday life. Each piece is infused with Reiki energy and finished with Amethyst, a crystal often associated with gentle balance between mind, body, and spirit.

I chose Neroli for this one because it has such a light, uplifting floral scent. It brings a sense of calm and clarity to your space, without being overpowering.

It’s a lovely one to use during meditation, or just when you want a moment to sit quietly and reset.

Think of Reiki as a recharge for your nervous system. While a massage relaxes your muscles, Reiki focuses on flipping your body’s switch from "stress mode" to "repair mode." By calming your fight-or-flight response, it helps lower cortisol, improves your sleep, and boosts your natural immune system.
It also acts like a mental "clear out." If you feel like your brain has 50 browser tabs open at once, Reiki helps close the ones you don't need. This clears out the "brain fog" and heavy emotional weight we often carry in our shoulders or chest, leaving you feeling physically and mentally lighter.
Essentially, it’s preventative maintenance for your well-being. Instead of waiting until you’re completely burnt out or in pain, regular sessions keep your energy flowing steadily. It’s the difference between waiting for a car to break down and giving it the regular tune-up it needs to run smoothly every day.
Whatever you do today make sure you take a few moments to concentrate on yourself x

When you stop and think about how it all started over 12 Months ago as a dream of ours
And little by little things drop into place
Making candles and gifts and realising from positive feedback that they look and smell amazing gives us goosebumps
We have so many more ideas 💡 and inspirations to keep moving forward
And it’s because of every single person that has come for a treatment or bought one of our products that makes it all worthwhile
Without you we would still be talking about it and not actually doing it
