This week’s practice is all about taking a moment to breathe and reset. 💜
Life can get busy and sometimes we forget to pause. Even just a few slow, mindful breaths can help calm the nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.
Tonight, try sitting somewhere comfortable, close your eyes, and take five slow breaths. Notice the air moving in and out, and allow your shoulders to soften with each exhale. 🌿
It’s a small thing, but it can make a real difference to how you feel.
