Exciting News!

We are hosting a
CANINE FIRST AID WORKSHOP
in/near Dumfries (address to be confirmed)
on Saturday 23rd May 2026

This Course is taught by Qualified Veterinary Nurse Rachel Bean RVN.

Not your average Canine First Aid Course, its very comprehensive, interactive, emotional and thought provoking. No Powerpoint!

The I Pet Network OFQUAL Level 3 Qualification is £160 per person - Qualification is valid for 3 years and is a recognised Qualification on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF)

You can attend without gaining the Qualification, same course content, this is £70 per person

The Workshop is 7 hours approximately - 9.30am til 4.30pm/5pm

IPET Network are proud to have developed a regulated Qualification in Canine Emergency First Aid in the Canine and Feline Sector

The qualification is an excellent balance of theoretical and practical learning to ensure Candidates have the knowledge required should they ever be faced with an emergency first aid situation and is sought after by Pet Professionals.

Huge thank you to Firebird Flyball Club for letting us have not only Brac and Teg for our adult team, but also Elise and Abbie for our WINNING YKC team, Mocktails! 🏆🐾

They’re truly a fantastic bunch who didn’t just help us get to Crufts, but also supported fellow Scots on their journey home when their van was stolen. Absolute heroes! ❤️

We’re so grateful for the support, teamwork, and friendship — it means the world.

CLIENT NOTICE ❄️

Please be aware that the ground has become quite slippery outside the centre.

We have put some salt down (watch dog feet!) but some parts are quite treacherous, so please take care - especially if you're here and it's dark!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

That's us done for another year. As ever, we would like to thank everyone for their continued support - it will never not be a delight to see your dogs and help keep them moving!

We're now closed until Monday 5th January, so any emails/voicemails will be replied to once we're back.

We hope you all have a lovely festive period and we shall see you in the new year (hopefully refreshed and raring to go...)

PARKING NOTICE:

Anyone coming to see us today, please park in front of the building, rather than on the parking spaces as they are currently digging a trench across the road and up the side of our building (you'll see the digger).

Apologies for any difficulties this causes, we've just found out as we've come in this morning!

WE HAVE A WINNER!

Toffee the Mystery Machine has won our Halloween competition with the most likes, though Ariel and Millie were hot on her heels!

It's that time of year again - HALLOWEEN! 🎃🍁👻

We had a lot of fun with it last year, so we are doing another Halloween costume competition.

If you are in to see us over the next two weeks, feel free to dress up your dog (and yourself!) and we will let everyone vote for their favourite.
