Pre set up for drum circle in Penpont this eve! A huge thank you to all who have come along since the beginning of January. What a beautiful journey and to all of you this evening absolutely amazing, powerful energy released!

Amazing retreat day with Sara Best. Wonderful group from far and wide with unknown interconnections! Somatic embodiment, natural movement deepening the somatic and mindful practice, sound as a gentle container of course ⭐️ free, playful wonderful art created and plenty of deep relaxation!!! What more could one ask for?! Thank you Shambellie House for hosting the day! A shout out to those who silently supported you know who you are!

Beautiful retreat day here at Shambellie, much relaxation, play, movement, creativity and fun was had. All left embodied and at ease. Such a privilege this space 😌
