✨ I was going to just share a story… but this experience deserves a whole post — a soul snapshot I’ll want to revisit again and again. 

This Solstice Gathering, lovingly held by Skye and Joe, was nothing short of alchemy. From the very first sip of the most delicious, spiced cacao I’ve ever tasted, to the gentle flow of movement, the collective chants that echoed like prayers, and the deep resonance of sound healing — every moment felt like a sacred unfolding. 

The energy in the room was pure magic. Soft. Expansive. Alive. 

My heart cracked open in the most beautiful way. 

Thank you, from the depths of my being, for this unforgettable journey. I’m leaving with a full heart and a smile that lingers. 🌞🌿💫

Last weekend, I had a lovely catch-up with my friends I hadn’t seen in a while. We laughed, shared stories, and made beautiful memories. But something stayed with me—some of them spoke so harshly about their bodies. These are women I see as radiant, strong, and stunning in every way. Yet, they couldn’t see it in themselves.

Later that evening, I met a complete stranger. A kind, vibrant girl with a smile that could light up a room. In the middle of our conversation, I told her she was beautiful. She paused, looked at me, and said, “I don’t consider myself beautiful.”

That moment hit me hard.... ⏭️⏭️⏭️
