I Delivered an Insights Discovery Day to the amazing team at today. Insights uses the Insights colour energies psychometric profiling system to develop self awareness, an understanding of others preferences which is useful in improving communication, team dynamics, leadership and much more!! Within dentistry it helps to improve the care, communication and presenting treatment plans to the patient! Team building and fun is guaranteed, although planking on the Insights wheel is optional!
