Sundays used to feel heavy for me. I’d spend the whole day thinking:

❌ “Tomorrow I’ll be good.”
❌ “No carbs, no sugar, just discipline.”
❌ “This time will be different.”

But by Monday afternoon I’d already be in back-to-back meetings, grabbing whatever I could between calls. By evening, I’d be telling myself I’d failed again… and promising to “start fresh” tomorrow.

What I’ve learned since then is this: preparing for Monday isn’t about rules or restriction — it’s about balance and the way we talk to ourselves. A little kindness, a little planning, and one small habit can change the whole week.

Ever look in the mirror and think… ‘How can I be so capable in my career, so on top of everything for everyone else — and yet completely lost when it comes to my own body?’

That was me. I could manage projects, deadlines, even crises… but my health? My weight? It felt like the one area I just couldn’t crack.

What finally changed things wasn’t another diet or punishing routine. It was something much simpler — awareness.

That’s why you’ll see this photo of me — sitting in the sun after a meal, empty plate beside me, phone in my hand, with a little graph showing my weight coming down. On the graph, a post-it note reads: ‘One tweak at a time.’

Because that’s what tracking gave me — a way to reflect on what wasn’t working, and make a small change that felt kinder and better for my body.

Looking back at 2009 ➝ 2024 ➝ 2025, I see not just a physical change, but a complete shift in energy, mindset, and confidence.

For years I was stuck in the same cycle so many ambitious women face:
