For DSEC members, there will be two available spaces for using the Litegait Harnessed Treadmill on Wednesdays at Douglas Sports Centre, one space at 1.00pm and one at 1.30 pm.

A club member has suggested a Pamper day for fellow members and perhaps carers as well, as travelling to some salons can be difficult.
We are appealing for a beautician to help us organise this.

Advance notice of Dundee Kilt Walk 2026.

The event take place on Sunday 16 August. There is the “ Mighty Stride” from St Andrews to Dundee and “The Wee Wander” from Broughty Ferry Castle to Slessor Gardens.

DSEC will be taking part again this year to raise funds for the club.

Registration forms will be available soon.
