A quick thank you from me to everyone who has supported me in my business as an Anxiety Therapist over last 7 years .
Thanks to all of my lovely clients , trusting me to support you and to everyone who has recommended me to friends, family , colleagues , etc โ€ฆ
I really appreciate every bit of support so thank you ๐Ÿ™.

I still spend majority of my time supporting clients one to one.
A large percentage of my clients are currently male.
Males are 3 times more likely to die by su***de than females with males aged 45-54 having highest su***de rate.
Letโ€™s keep breaking stigma around mental health - it is safe to talk ๐Ÿ’›.

As a volunteer Samaritan I share a lot of their social media posts just to remind people that Samaritans are available 24/7 to provide emotional support ๐Ÿ’š.
Tel 116 123

I also deliver talks/ presentations in workplaces , schools, colleges , support groups on various mental health topics and how to cope with anxiety .
Please contact me if you would like to arrange this .

So many people are struggling emotionally and below are just some examples of how I have supported people in 2025.

Constant overthinking
Feeling anxious all of the time
Not feeling good enough
Fear of judgement
Anger issues
Using unhealthy coping strategies and concerned about alcohol , drugs , gambling
Panic attacks
Self harm
Intrusive / suicidal thoughts
Worried about school / exams
Grief
Constant knot in my stomach

Please share this if you think this would help anyone .
It really is safe to talk ๐Ÿ’›

Thanks also to Caitlin from Cada Creative who updated my website for me last year .

This is for any of you who had times over the last year where you couldnโ€™t see a way to keep going. There will be so many of you reading this who really didnโ€™t think youโ€™d be able to make it through to see in a new year. But youโ€™re here, and weโ€™re beyond glad that you are. You matter so much more than you know. Keep going, take it day by day, or even minute by minute if you need to.

Weโ€™re here 24/7 on 116 123

For anyone reading this who wants to support, would you be up for sharing this on your stories so it reaches someone who might really need this reminder?

Christmas isnโ€™t joyful for everyone โ€” and thatโ€™s okay.

For some young people, the Christmas period can feel heavy, lonely, or overwhelming. Changes to routine, family pressures, and expectations can make this time of year particularly hard.

Thatโ€™s why Meganโ€™s Space will be opening our office over the Christmas period as a safe, calm place for young people who may be struggling or who donโ€™t enjoy the holidays.

This is a warm, welcoming, and supportive space. Thereโ€™s no pressure to feel festive and no expectation to share more than you want to.

Who this space is for:
โ€ข Young people under the age of 25
โ€ข Those who are feeling low, overwhelmed, or isolated
โ€ข Anyone looking for a safe place to sit, talk, or simply be

To help us keep the space safe for everyone, we ask that attendees:
โ€ข Are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs
โ€ข Are able to engage respectfully with staff and others

Please note: this is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know needs immediate support, we encourage reaching out to emergency services or local crisis support.

Here, thereโ€™s no pretending โ€” just understanding, warmth, and space to breathe.

๐Ÿ’› Youโ€™re welcome
๐Ÿ’› Youโ€™re not alone
๐Ÿ’› Weโ€™re here
