A beautiful evening at Sure Start with a wonderful group of mums ✨
We spent time creating “Happiness Jars” — simple, meaningful reminders to capture moments of gratitude, joy, and the little things that lift us day to day. Alongside the creativity, there were plenty of warm, honest conversations about positivity, resilience, and finding light in everyday life.
Such a lovely, uplifting space to share, connect, and create 💛

We are thrilled to announce that our signature programme, Creative Well-being Journeys, is now being delivered at SERC Downpatrick Campus 🌟

We had a wonderful first session yesterday with our first cohort—a welcoming group of neurodivergent individuals. It was a joy to begin this journey together.

Lots of great creative sparks were ignited, and we’re really looking forward to the next session ✨

This marks an exciting new chapter for us as we move into year two of Heart & Harmony CIC.

With thanks to the PEACEPLUS Programme, supported by SEUPB, for making this possible.

Really valuable to be here today at the Mental Health in NI: Current Landscapes and Strategic Priorities event, led by the Siobhan O’Neill and her team.

It’s powerful to hear the conversations shaping the future of mental health across Northern Ireland, from strategic priorities and service challenges to the vital role of community and voluntary organisations in supporting wellbeing.

What’s really standing out is the growing recognition that mental health support must be Trauma informed, person-centred, preventative, and rooted in community connection. This is exactly where creative, holistic approaches have such an important role to play.

At Heart and Harmony, we are passionate about contributing to this wider vision — using creativity, nature, rhythm and connection as pathways to wellbeing.

Grateful to be in the room, listening, learning, and building connections that can help bring more supportive, inclusive and accessible wellbeing opportunities to our communities 💚

As many of you know, each year through Heart & Harmony CIC we choose to give back to our local community by gifting a performance to a charity close to our hearts.

Last year, Amanda sang at a fundraiser for The Pantry Foodbank in NCC — such a special day of connection and generosity.

This year, she’ll be performing at a fundraiser for Mymy at the stunning Castlewellan Castle on 25th March, along with with a fantastic line up of other acts✨

For just £10 per person, you’re invited to join us for what promises to be a truly magical evening of music, heart, and community spirit.

Giving back is at the core of what Heart & Harmony stands for — creativity, well-being, and inner harmony in action. 💚

We would love to see you there and feel the ripple of something beautiful together.
