🌿 Exciting News! Please Share!🌿

I’m thrilled to announce that Creative Wellbeing Journeys will be taking place at Unit T in Newcastle, starting the week of 12th November, from 7–9pm for 6 weeks.

We’re so delighted to be using this beautiful space — it’s full of character and will lend itself perfectly to the programme. ✨

There are still a few spaces left, so if you’d like to join in, we’d love to have you!
💚 No previous experience needed — just a willingness to get involved and a can-do attitude! This programme is free of charge and funded through the Clear Project.

The programme will also be running soon in Castlewellan, (day and time TBC) so feel free to get in touch if you’d like to sign up or join the waiting list.

Email your name and number to amanda@heartandharmony.org
to reserve your spot.

Let’s create, connect, and grow together! 🌸

In a world that often feels loud and emotionally charged, it’s easy to take on the energy of everything and everyone around us. But peace begins when we remember — not everything that touches us has to enter us.

To observe is to stay aware, compassionate, and grounded — to witness what’s happening without letting it become our burden. It’s the practice of staying connected, not consumed.

To absorb, on the other hand, is to internalise what isn’t ours — people’s moods, opinions, or pain — until we forget where we end and they begin. It leaves us heavy, tired, and out of alignment with our true selves.

“Observe, don’t absorb” invites us to step into mindful detachment.

It’s not coldness; it’s clarity.
It’s not avoidance; it’s awareness.
It’s the art of being present without losing your centre.

Next time you find yourself pulled into someone else’s storm, pause. Take a breath.

You can care deeply without carrying it.

You can witness without weighing yourself down.

You can be the calm within — not the chaos around.

🙏🌟

Week 2 – Creative Well-being Journeys ✨

Today’s session took us outdoors for a short nature connection walk, a little foraging, and some beautiful nature art. 🌿🍂🎨

It was wonderful to see everyone being so creative and playful with natural materials, showing how simple activities can bring so much joy and presence.

This week’s theme was about being active and taking notice – slowing down, connecting with nature, and noticing the small things that lift our well-being. 🌸

I’m already looking forward to next week’s session and what we’ll create together! 💚
