For the last month or so, my ๐‘๐˜ข๐‘› ๐ฝ๐˜ข๐‘› has been up from Liverpool. In her 80s sheโ€™s not as fit as she used to be ๐Ÿ˜ž

Here she is repping on the forth bridges with a thirst and a wish to be able to move like she used to.

In the blink of an eye, sooner or later, your ability to move like you once could will be taken from you.

Donโ€™t regret not going for that run, signing up for that gym, working out with your friends, walking to your favourite cafe instead of driving.
