This months offer ……. 👇🏼

This September feel the cleanse!!! With a Back treatment followed by a Express or Eastern Facial!

Starting with dry brushing on your back, we continue with a soothing fine textured sea salt scrub infused with seaweed and essential oils to help rid the skin of cellular debris and dull skin leaving skin soft, smooth and polished.

Once removed, we follow on with a relaxing Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage …..applying a warming heat pad when finished & while enjoying the heat sensation I will
Continue on with a soothing scalp massage (with coconut oil for the ultimate relaxation!)

To complete this treatment I will use a moisturiser with a skin drenching blend of hyaluronic acid and chamomile to help rejuvenate the skin whilst a vitamin complex protect from the elements. Helps to restore the skin’s natural radiance by combining nourishment with protection.

That’s not all!

Finishing off this Spring offer with either a 30 Min Eastern Facial or a 30 min Express Facial! The choice is yours!

You may or may not know that I’m qualified in Indian Head Massage but never got round to replacing my chair to continue in offering this therapy……but on reflection I can offer a very similar experience with you on the therapy bed so this July ……

Enjoy a relaxing and soothing 30 min Swedish Back Massage along side a relaxing and spine tingling hair massage with meridian hair combs -

A Trigger Point Massage for Relaxation: massaging your neck, back & the scalp to relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and energize your body. It also helps with fascia stretching & soft tissue treatment.
Promotes Circulation & Muscle Relaxation helping accelerate circulation, improve metabolism, and relax tight muscles.
Using a range of meridian combs and brushes to enhance the feeling of relaxation.

A very gentle and light massage, working into your scalp and top of shoulders and back…..

Afterwards we will continue on with the ever so popular Eastern Facial….again a light touch therapy working acupressure points and meridian lines on your face…completing your treatment again with meridian combs and working into your scalp, using soft touch to help reset your nervous system….

Techniques Used:

🌿 Feather-light strokes over the scalp, mimicking the feeling of a breeze or butterfly wings.
🌿 Still point induction, where I will hold specific points to encourage a pause in cranial rhythm.

If like me and you prefer to stay as natural as possible and opt for a more holistic approach to skincare what does it really mean when we say Holistic?
