I used to be so guilty of pushing myself to the absolute limit!!
Ohh, and if I didn't do a planned workout, hit a certain number of steps or eat perfectly within my calories.
I was the biggest failure in my own eyes!
I may have looked the part, being at my leanest and never missing a workout....
BUT mentally, I was not doing well.
My relationship with food an exercise was extreme and leaving me feeling mentally & physically drained.
Now my focus is on all round health & wellbeing. ✨️
I am so much happier and healthier for it.
