So… how’s that January fitness wagon going?
Still riding high?
Or did you fall off sometime around January 17th, lose a wheel in February and decide to just lie down next to it with a biscuit in one hand & wine in the other?
March is funny like that.
The “new year, new me” energy has worn off, the dark mornings have tested us, and suddenly the sofa feels like a very committed relationship.
But here’s the thing……
Looking after your physical and mental wellbeing isn’t a January event. It’s a lifelong practice. It’s showing up when motivation dips. It’s choosing movement because it makes your mind quieter and your body stronger. It’s consistency over hype.
And speaking of change…
Today the underfloor heating is officially going OFF.
I know.
Half of you are cheering.
The other half (me) are grieving.😩
As someone with actual ice for blood, I will personally be huddled by the Dyson heater if you need me. Fellow Ice Queens, solidarity. Bring layers.
Let’s step into the 1st of March with:
A spring in our step
A weight in our hands (it’s still Weights Week in Pilates, after all 😉)
And a smile on our faces because SPRING IS COMING 🎉🎉🎉
Today we still have spaces in:
🤍 Pregnancy Yoga at 3pm
🎶 Soundbath at 6.30pm (4 spaces left)
Longer days are coming. The sun is rising that tiny bit earlier. Light is stretching back into our evenings.
