🌞 SATURDAY 🌞
My shifts at work have changed, rude I know 🙄So I am making more of an effort to do things that make me happy during my rest days:
Today has been a lovely day:
🪑 Covered Marks Strong Hatha this morning at FSC where we go right into our chairs, twists and dancers - thank you all for joining me (especially the special person who has come along to ALL THREE of my classes this week 🫶🏼👯♀️)
🥓 As per saturday routine: breakfast at Cafe Wynd where I had my usual bacon and hash brown sandwhich, forgetting that I have been ‘going vegetarian’ 🤦🏻♀️🤣
🌷 And then a really cute outing to New Droverhall Farm to pick my own tulips! How STUNNING is the field?!
💪🏼 I finished the day with a strength workout - did this make me happy??🫠Not at the time… but I sure was glad when I finished it!!! (sometimes we have to do things that we dont enjoy coz they are good for us or whatever… 🥲)

I haven’t quite decided what our theme/intention will be for May, but I am feeling very inspired by the sun and the colours… so we will see!
