A big "Thank You" to all who attended my workshop & to Killeeshil Community Centre for providing this wonderful opportunity. It was the ideal space for my first official event and I couldn't have asked for a better group of ladies 💜 Being my local community centre it was very fitting I got to introduce 'Clara's Circle' in honour of a very special lady🙏 Granny was born, married & lived in Killeeshil for all off her 91 years. My hope is to create a safe space for communities to connect with each other through various workshops/programmes to promote good mental health & wellness. I am so grateful for all the lovely feedback & messages, I did feel the nerves but felt the fear & did it anyway ☺️
