🎨Summer Craft Club🎨

We’re getting crafty at the cabin this August with four sessions designed to promote friendship, confidence, creativity and mindfulness.

Each session will have a unique theme along with craft, games, movement and relaxation activities.

This will be a lovely opportunity to chill out as we come to the end of the summer holidays✨

Taking place on Friday mornings at my home studio in Coalisland.

£12 per session or book all 4 for £40.

Midterm Workshop✨

In keeping with the Valentine’s theme of the week, this workshop will be centred around LOVE & FRIENDSHIP💖

Suitable for 5-10year olds approx.

Building confidence, getting creative and making connections… This workshop will be a lovely way to finish off the midterm break🧘‍♀️

These magical words hang proudly on our classroom wall to help plant seeds of self belief, confidence and positive self esteem✨

Last Friday we spent the evening chilling out and getting creative🎨

Everybody got to personalise their own worry doll and box to keep them in.

We learned how to use them and how they can help us with our worries.

A lovely evening finished off with some breath work and a few little treats of course🧁

✨Worry Doll Workshop✨

🗓 Friday 3rd November
⏰ 5-6.30pm
📍 Coalisland
👫 5years and up
✨ £12

Each child will personalise their own worry doll, learn how the worry doll can help them and take it home.

The session will also include mindful painting, some gentle breath work, guided meditation and light nibbles.

This workshop is a great opportunity for kids to spend the evening getting creative and chilling out. This will be a lovely way to finish off their mid term break before returning to school.

Taking place from my home studio in Coalisland, spaces are very limited for this one.

Speech and Drama is an amazing way to help children become confident, creative and effective communicators💫

I’ve only given 5 but… the benefits are endless!

Classes run on a Tuesday and Friday, resuming this Tuesday 12th September.

👣 Toega - Yoga for your tootsies 👣

Those little feet work hard for children all day and this is a really fun way to give them a good stretch and improve flexibility.

This is a brilliant game which helps to work on coordination, balance and concentration skills without even realising it✨
