Unfortunately the clinic will be closed for the next month as I have fractured my 5th Metatarsal playing a serious game of badminton (I was actually really rubbish 😆).

I will update my Instagram with a date of return asap.

What is Microneedling?

A skin treatment that uses small, sterile needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. These punctures stimulate the body's natural healing process, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin.

🌿Before a microneedling treatment, you should avoid exfoliating products like retinoids, acids, and harsh scrubs for a few days to a week to prevent irritation; limit sun exposure, avoid tanning beds, and refrain from blood thinning medications; and avoid hair removal treatments like waxing or shaving in the treatment area a few days prior.

After microneedling, gently cleanse your skin with a mild cleanser, apply a hydrating moisturizer, wear sunscreen with a high SPF daily, and avoid strenuous activity, saunas, and hot showers for a couple of days to minimize inflammation and promote healing 🌿
