During a Japanese head spa session, my client slipped into deep relaxation — and their sleep tracker recorded 33 minutes of actual sleep:

🕒 Light sleep: 29 min
🌙 REM + Deep: 4 min
❤️ Heart rate dropped to 45 bpm
