"Scales Of Life Fitness" for me means balance.
It's about finding the right balance in YOUR life when it comes to fitness.
YOUR life or lifestyle plays a huge part in creating the right 'balance for you'
A fitness plan that will work for one individual will not work for another.
We all have different commitments, goals and lifestyles.
That's why when you are setting yourself a goal, you have to be realistic to your lifestyle.
You have to make sure your fitness is in balance with your life.
You have to make sure your life scales are balanced.

This picture for me reflects the disappearing waist line, which has been replaced with about 3000 cocktails πΉ
A ton of breakfast pastries π₯
Plus anything else i can get my hands onπ€
But this picture also reflects the much needed BALANCE in my life!
I spent 2 weeks in a beautiful country, with my beautiful family eating beautiful food.
π― Guilt free.
Why?.... Because, as a personal trainer my 'life of scales fitness' can sometimes tip the other way and my balance is off.
I'm now back to training and healthier eating.
Confident that my waist line will be back in no time.... But even more confident that loosing it for 2 weeks was well worth it! βΊ
