Just a few spaces remain for this Sunday’s Sound Bath.

A quiet hour to release the week, settle the nervous system, and return to stillness before Monday begins.

April dates are up!

It’s the school holidays… so if you’re a parent or working in a school and feeling it, this is your reminder to take a bit of time back for yourself.

If you’ve been meaning to come to a sound bath, this Sunday is a good one to start. 4–5pm, £15.

No talking, no pressure… just lie down and let your body do what it needs to do (reclining chairs available by messaging in advance)

Rest of the month:
Sound baths – 12th (this Sunday !)+ 26th
Gong baths – just the 17th
Elemental Sisterhood Circle – 18th
Reiki Level 2 is full. Level 1 coming in May (message to be added to the list)

OFFLINE!

Thanks to everyone who came to the sound and gong baths in march, these events are a staple to your weekly wellbeing and so I've committed to continue to run these even during the Easter school holidays (head to the website to book your place for Sunday!)

I'm offline for the week as I take a short break from work to enjoy time with my family but I'll still be available to book your 1:1s if you leave me a message on the FB page or website (work phone is switched off!)

Fully booked for Monday 21st, Tue 22nd and only a couple left for Friday 24th so book quickly if you want a space!

Saturday 25th is Reiki 2 too!

Only a few spaces available week beginning 27th so please please book well in advance if you need my help!

Something popped up on my FB memories and it felt apt to share:

A true healer does not heal you; she simply reflects back to you your innate capacity to heal. She is a reflector, or a loving transparency.

A true teacher does not teach you; she does not see you as inherently separate from her, or less than her. She simply reflects back your own inner knowing, and reminds you of the vastness of your being. She is a mirror, a signpost.

And love is the space in which all of this is possible; love heals, and we learn best in a loving field, no threat of failure, no punishment.

Ok ok so I managed to get a few of you!

What is actually really lovely is so many of you contacted me quite upset about me leaving! How lovely to feel so loved and appreciated 🥰 thank you!

In all seriousness though, I always tell people to be mindful of their intentions as they become thoughts and then actions, so be careful what you say in jest! The universe doesn't know the difference and will bring you what you speak out so even at April fools at least jest something you'd be ok with living with forever 😆

So nope I'm here, staying put, (for now) unless the universe tells us we are needed elsewhere!
