Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is an advanced form of flexibility training that combines passive stretching with isometric contractions to maximize muscle relaxation, increase flexibility, and improve range of motion. It works by activating Golgi tendon organs—sensors that trigger a reflex to relax the muscle.

It was time well spent developing this kind of flexibility. The best part is I started at 22 and 18 years later, I still benefit from the work put in. Permanent changes with minimal maintenance. That's perfect for me 😅

Need some help stretching Shaolin style? Might be able to help you out. Need to get to me at least 1x per week for 6 weeks to see any decent changes. Could cobble a deal if you also looking for Sports Massage, sauna or HBOT.

Lots of fighters and coaches came for taping and a quick tune up 🥊

was holding pads and our team identified he strained the latissimus dorsi muscle. Must of been some heavy blows!

We did sports massage, initally we thought it was the teres minor muscle and taped it. But realising it wasn't providing support, we corrected it. We gave him exercises and booked him for a longer Body MOT treatment.

The team enjoyed being on hand to help. We plan to be a regular feature in the next events. So say hi. Book in for a full 60, 90 or 120 min Sport Massage or Deep Tissue Treatment in Dunstable.
