This episode is tailored for medical professionals and explores the clinical understanding of trauma, its impact on both patients and healthcare providers, and practical, context-sensitive approaches to recognition, support, and care amid ongoing conflict.

Congratulations to the newly elected Executive Committee of the Sudanese Medical Union!

A new era begins with your leadership — one that brings renewed drive, fresh ideas, and stronger unity among Sudanese doctors across all specialities. In these challenging times for our nation, your presence at the forefront offers real hope for progress, advocacy, and meaningful change.

We are especially proud to celebrate three of our senior members who have joined the Sudanese Medical Union's EC. Their participation reflects the values of service, dedication, and professionalism that our association stands for, and we trust their experience will contribute meaningfully to this critical mission.

Your collective commitment has the potential to uplift the medical community, strengthen the health system, and serve the people of Sudan with resilience and compassion. We look forward to seeing collaborative efforts, innovative solutions, and a shared vision that empowers doctors and protects the health and dignity of our communities.

Together, we believe this term can mark a turning point — one defined by professionalism, solidarity, and impact.

Wishing you strength and great success ahead.

🩺 Hearts for Al-Fashir | SPCA Humanitarian Appeal
AL-FASHIR IS BLEEDING —
The people of Al-Fashir, North Darfur, are enduring an unimaginable humanitarian catastrophe.
Thousands of civilians have been killed, hospitals have been destroyed, and families are trapped without food, clean water, or medical care.
The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have besieged the city — shelling homes, targeting hospitals, and blocking life-saving aid.
According to officials, over 26,000 people fled in just two days, q460 patients were killed inside All Saudi Hospital after a direct attack.
This is not just a crisis — it is a human tragedy that demands global attention and immediate action.
The Sudanese Primary Care Association (SPCA) stands with the people of Darfur and calls for urgent steps to:
1️⃣ Protect civilians and open safe humanitarian corridors.
2️⃣ Deliver emergency medical and food supplies to those in need.
3️⃣ Restore essential health and water services to affected communities.
💚 Together, we can save lives and bring hope to Al-Fashir.
Your donation helps deliver medical aid, food, clean water, and emergency relief to families in crisis.
🌍 Stand with Sudan. Stand for humanity.
