Whether or not you follow the moon's cycles and their influence on our human lives, it is hard to imagine that something which influences our earth's waters wouldn't also influence us; we who are mostly water! I'm sharing this post as I think it gives a good insight into this month's full moon.
On Sunday, at our Women's Circle, we will still feel the full moon's transformative power and we will harness this as I take you through a guided meditation to release any unnecessary burdens and responsibilities we still carry out of habit. You will feel refreshed, lighter and freer to make new choices if you so choose. 🙏
Incase like me, you have been feeling exhausted and just a little under the weather these past few days, here is the culprit 💜......
🌼🌼🌼The 🌼Flower🌼 Moon 🌼🌼🌼
The effects of a full moon can be felt approximately two days prior and two days after its actual peak and the upcoming full flower moon occurring in Sagittarius on May 23 feels fiery, fresh, enigmatic and passion-driven. Just as the tides of the oceans are influenced by the moon so too are our emotions and inner worlds. Even though they are a thing of beauty, full moons are notorious for their tumultuous potent energy, often leading to chaos, even emotional meltdowns.
The Flower Moon is a name given to the full moon that occurs in May by the Algonquin people. It is also known as the Planting Moon (specifically Corn Planting Moon). This is a time when spring sets in full swing in North America—hence the name Flower Moon. This year, Venus moves into Gemini on May 23, followed by Jupiter on May 25, adding supersonic magical powers to an already enchanted time.
We’re in Gemini’s earth season while the full moon is in Sagittarius, a fire sign. In many ways, the full moon occurring in the middle of Gemini season feels poetic and akin to a phoenix rising from the ashes. Expect this time to be filled with passionate and in-depth conversations and a romantic flair for life, luxury and beauty.
Be gentle with yourself, for the next few days 💜😘
