So much of today’s message resonates with me now.
I am tired of people pleasing as opposed to pleasing myself.
I am tired of trying to mask my reality - I am who I am.
I am feeling like a fog has lifted.
Yes, I have bad days - but isn’t that life?

It’s almost 3 years since my Mam passed away (where has that time gone???). I think of my parents every day, and know they help me to work with spirit and walk my spiritual path with me. No, it is not the same as them being here on the earth plane. Grief is a hard path to walk. I have walked that path.
I feel it is time to be more positive, more focused, more in alignment with myself.
And my mediumship is at the heart of everything I love to be and do.
I hope some of today’s message resonates with you?
Our loved ones passed, never leave us. They walk beside us. They are our strength and they are our guides. But our authenticity, our truth and our life on earth is important, both to them and to ourselves.
I am learning, steadily, to look forward.
I hope, with small steps, you can move forward too.

Good morning you lovely lot!
Now, reading this, it seems we may be turning a corner….. I know, I know…..
You are all saying….. ugh… it’s mid January, weather is s**t, I’m still feeling full of cheese and wine……

But what if you turn your thoughts around? Already the spring bulbs are struggling up through the cold earth….
Already the days are lengthening
Hey! There was a metre square of blue sky yesterday!! And I think the sun may have even shone through the thick clouds for 10 minutes!

I know January is tough (and February too really), but get some nice things in the diary… go for a walk in the fresh air for an hour, clean a window or two…. 😂🤣 Buy yourself a bunch of daffodils 🌼
Baby steps…
It’s coming….. better days are ahead.
I gave a friend the word TRUST yesterday during a reading and also her spirit gave her JOY …..
Take aways for all of us, don’t you think?
Don’t stress the small stuff!
Spring will be here before we know it.
