A little bit about my spiritual journey for those who are new here and maybe don’t know me well (or at all, even!).
So I’m Dawn and I live in Hamsterley, County Durham, U.K. with my husband and 2 little border terriers, a sweet cat called bluebell and 2 trusty free ranging hens which lay the most beautiful eggs, called smarties and fudge (named by our little grandsons).
I’ve been a bit ‘woo’ for as long as I can remember. I’ve always believed in ghosts and love to hear spiritual stories and have had a fascination for this all through my adult life. My mother always had ‘instincts’ and feelings. As did my grandmother.
I’ve owned tarot cards for decades and now have a huge collection of tarot and other card decks. I love oracle decks and am drawn to pretty images!
I’m a Fine Artist and went to University as a mature student. A journey that began in 2003/4 and ended in 2010. Originally I went to do textile and surface pattern design and ended doing Fine Art. I am fascinated by the healing powers of colour (those we surround ourselves with and also dress in), and the therapy of creating art. This is another ‘string to my bow’ if you like! Children in particular, respond very well to art therapy.
In 2013 my dear dad passed away. I had no idea how I’d feel/how my life would change without him in it. My feelings at the time led me to Reiki. In honesty I knew nothing about it and have since learned that ‘reiki finds you’!
Well it certainly did. And that healing process has led me on a deep journey of not only personal healing (processing and understanding myself), but also now by helping others on the same path.
My mediumship simply grew alongside my reiki. The more in tune with healing - the more in tune I became with spirit. I like to stress that I am not a religious person but a spiritual one. We are all influenced by our culture, by our upbringing and faith or religious denomination,
Even perhaps lack of…..and that’s all fine, but it is, somehow different to be connected to spirit.
Because regardless of our chosen religion, spiritually is part of us all. Part of our life journey, part of our history (if that makes sense), and our connection to loved ones passed and even lives we may have lived before.
I offer Reiki healing, reiki teaching and Mediumship readings. I can give psychic messages (about you, your situation, your feelings, and where you may be headed…. ) And all of this is compounded by spirit who come in and work through me and help me to hear/see/feel/know via their messages.
It isn’t always clear or easy to understand, but when a recipient is open to hearing the message and helps me put the jigsaw puzzle pieces together, we can have a magical and often fun time connecting 🙏🏻💕🌈😇🌟

I probably don’t talk enough about my Reiki practice. I am a Reiki Master practitioner which means I can both use Reiki for healing but I can also pass on my knowledge to others who’d like to learn.
Reiki is energy healing - a passing of energy through me, to the client.
It is absolutely wonderful and has brought me so much peace.
It was I’d say, also what led me to my mediumship. Whilst ‘performing’ healing on clients, I began to receive messages from spirit. I could hear them bringing through messages and then see their image too.
It’s been 12 years now since my journey began with reiki and honestly, I cannot speak about it or recommend it highly enough.
It helps heal, calm, reassure. It assists with both mental and physical healing.
Most clients feel so much calmer, more relaxed and often sleep better after reiki and during the process, see a series of colours which denote things like healing and can feel the ‘electrical’ warm current.
It is truly wonderful 🙏🏻💕

If you chose No. 1 -
3 of wands
Journey – set out and accept new challenges; beyond the horizon there are situations and tasks that are waiting to be managed by you, using your courage and strength.
Treasure – your treasure is a well prepared suitcase, full of things, books and items you will need; abandoning doubts and useless objects or emotions are just as beneficial.
In other words be ready for new challenges, situations will arise which may take some courage and strength to tackle however you have all you need within you to deal with the situation. Self belief and confidence is what is needed right now. 

If you chose No.2 -
The Shaman
Journey – the most important journey is within you, in the twists and turns of the spirit and mysticism, encouraged by your instinct to commit yourself to superior forces, thus to the collective and Personal unconscious. You are not advised to sleep, but to travel beyond the boundaries of the ordinary, meeting friendly spirits and genies but also ghosts and Demons who will put you to the test.
Treasure – the most precious object is a pipe filled with magical herbs. Smoke the pipe and take flight within your mind. Let yourself be guided by the oldest and most experienced Shaman. She knows where to lead you and which medicine you should take to heal your body, mind, and spirit. Leave your comfort zone and fly towards the unknown, brewing with promises and full of the courage that every traveller must have.
In other words, allow yourself to be open to all possibilities right now. Not only the obvious, but also the magical and the spiritual.
An open mind may lead you on your most healing journey but you must have courage and trust that all will be well. Things happen for a reason. We don’t always get what we want - but we will get what we need.

If you chose No. 3-
The Fool
Journey – setting out without a destination and not seeking a purpose for your wanderings: this is what you are asked to do now. Don’t worry, commit yourself to the madness of those who proceeded you or those who accompany you on this journey. Now you ought to have peace of mind, think outside the box and abandon your usual thought patterns.
Treasure– the fools sack holds a range of things: wisdom, madness, earthly treasures, and useful worldly jokes. Employ whatever you find useful and giveaway the rest to the first person you meet. Do you understand what your inner madness is telling you? You don’t? Perhaps it’s better that way: being rational at all times is a serious form of madness.
In other words, sometimes we need to be brave and take a leap of faith. Abandon your plans and allow the unfolding. Release your baggage, travel light. You never know where it may lead but it’ll be wonderful when you get there. Trust and see how much fun it can be!

Connection to spirit is not so strange. I’m sure everyone feels a sense of something now and again. I’d bet you’ve found a feather where it shouldn’t be…. See a Robin in the garden, receive pennies from heaven, hear a voice on the wind…. We all have the ability to connect. So I’m not so strange really. Just my ‘radio station’ is tuned in perhaps a little better than yours. Embrace the strangeness. It’s wonderful 🙏🏻😇💕🌈
