Tomorrow is The Littlesendsations Sendsational Gala and I am up for Bridging The Gap award, which I still cant believe.

I am incredibly grateful for this nomination and I want to say again a huge thank you to those who nominated me.

Your belief in my work means the world to me.

Since starting Conductive Education with Rachel Short last year I have had the greatest pleasure working with some amazing children and families who I enjoy seeing and working with each week.

I am looking forward to spending tomorrow night with my partner Stephen, parents and amazing other professionals.

The countdown is nearly over… just one more sleep until our SENDsational Gala – A Night of Stars! 🌟

We honestly can’t wait to celebrate with you all. This night is all about bringing our community together to recognise the incredible people who make inclusion happen every single day.

We’re so excited to have:

🎤 The brilliant Lee Morris hosting the night
🎶 Beautiful live vocals from Cassie
🥁 Music from the fantastic band Another Crisis
🎧 And our amazing Bobby on the DJ decks
📸 Plus photos taken on the night by the talented F&E Photography

It’s going to be a wonderful night of celebration, connection, and community. A chance for us all to come together and celebrate inclusion.

✨ We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow for a truly SENDsational night! ✨

I had a lovely time this afternoon doing some CPD training at Music Wonders. Org CIC on Charanga.

It was great to learn something new. Plus I also got to have a go at playing the Ukulele and Drums. We also did lots of singing as well.

I had a fabulous time catching up with old colleagues and meeting new people. Plus we also had some delicious cake.

Music Wonders offers loads of amazing services so go and check them out 🎶

Happy World Hearing Day!

World Hearing Day is an annual global advocacy event for raising awareness regarding hearing loss and promoting ear and hearing care, and calling for action to address hearing loss and related issues. Each year, this event is celebrated on 3 March, covering a specific theme on which the World Health Organization and its partners carry out activities based on this theme.

✨ HALF TERM IS OVER… IT’S TIME FOR YOU AGAIN ✨

The snacks are gone.
The routines are returning.

Now it’s your turn. 💛

If the last week has been busy, chaotic, fun, exhausting – or all four – this is your gentle reminder that your wellbeing matters too.

This week at The Live Well Centre we reset.

We move.
We breathe.
We lift.
We laugh.
We reconnect.

Whether you need:

🧘‍♀️ Calm (Yoga / Stretch & Strengthen)
🔥 A sweat (Phoenix Power, Ignite, Forte, RockBox)
💃 A dance (Zumba / Clubbercise)
💛 Community (Cuppa Time & Free Child Play)
🌅 Or space to restore (Rise & Restore)

There is a place for you here.

You don’t need to be fitter.
You don’t need to be stronger.
You don’t need to “get back into shape” first.

You just need to walk through the door.

Let this be the week you choose yourself again.
We’ll be ready for you 💜🔥

March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month.

Cerebral Palsy is an umbrella term for a range of physical conditions that affects movement and posture.

It affects the way the brain communicates with the muscles, but it does not define a child’s potential.

How are you celebrating Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month?
