So what is chair yoga you may be asking! Well nothing is lost by using props in your yoga practice, in fact much can be gained. As many of you know that I actively encourage their use, and now including the humble chair!
Chair Yoga offers a safe, accessible way to move the body with awareness and ease. It is particularly supportive for those with reduced mobility, medical considerations, or physical limitations that make mat-based classes challenging. It also provides a simple way to introduce gentle, mindful movement into your day, without the need to get down to the floor.
I will be hoping to start the following morning classes in March:
Tuesday 10:30am till 11:30am at Eaglesfield Hall (DG11 3PA)
Wednesday 10:30am till 11:30am at Middlebie Hall (DG11 3JW)
