A tree of life is a common motif in various world theologies, mythologies, and philosophies. In therapy, a tree of life metaphor represents growth and resilience. Being centered is being grounded, with our roots firmly planted and digging as deep as possible into the earth; we grow and flourish, with our branches reaching as high into the sky as possible.

I completed my Masters in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy at the Institute for Arts in Therapy & Education (IATE) in 2016, and have been supporting clients from various backgrounds, including South East Asian community. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council. I have had further training in race, culture, gender (LGBTQ+) and identity issues. I am currently enrolled in a one year professional diploma for Creative Approaches in Supervion.
The supervision is based on psychodynamic and integrative principles, with a strong commitment to the creative process.
Location: in person, Ealing, West London and online, Zoom.
