This month’s Employee of the Month at Manor Croft is Stacey, our Business Support Partner 👏
Stacey has recently stepped into the role of End of Life Care Champion, and she has embraced it wholeheartedly. She has taken the role incredibly seriously - carrying out research, exploring improvements, and looking at ways we can collaborate to ensure we provide the very best support to residents and families.
In Stacey’s words:
*"For me, choosing the end of life champion was something I didn’t need to think twice about. Like many of us, I have cared and supported loved ones during the last days of life, and so understand the rollercoaster of emotions that families and residents alike endure.
To be there every step of the way ensuring our residents experience a comfortable, dignified, and personalized final chapter of life in alignment with their wishes is the ultimate goal. As well as supporting their families through emotional challenges goes without saying.
We will be there until the end and beyond - this isn’t a role, it is a privilege."*
