Spiritual Awareness and Development Group in East Grinstead, this Thursday 25th September 7.30pm til 9.30pm.
This is a small group for anyone who would like to take some time to "be present" in the here and now, for personal growth and healing, in a safe and positive space with like minded people. The group includes a guided meditation, and an opportunity to explore and discuss the many ways we can improve our spiritual connection and self awareness for better health and well-being.

Equine Assisted Support and Healing sessions available in East Grinstead, for children and teenagers struggling with anxiety, lack of confidence, low self esteem, anger, or any other issues. These sessions provide a safe place to talk in confidence to someone independent and neutral. Young people often find it easier to relax and talk more when they are out in nature with the horses and donkeys.
