This week I was delighted to chat to Jaime Toff from the Compound Club in Lingfield talking about the many benefits of boxing, strength and resistance training.

Also to Emily Nuttall about why she became an ambassador for Grassroots Su***de prevention and her determination to complete the Brighton half marathon and the London marathon.

Emily completed the Brighton Half Marathon on 1st March 2026 and is going to do the TSC London Marathon on 26th April 2026. Grassroots is deeply personal to her, and she is a lived experience advocate. She has worked alongside the charity for two years using her experiences to help shape life changing projects
Grassroots provided support to Emily when she needed it most. Now she wants to give back and break the stigma around su***de and show others that recovery is possible - offering a message of hope through her challenge events.
