Modality Mid-Sussex are delighted to have been rated “Good” by the CQC!
This is a huge milestone , recognising the progress that has been made since being placed in special measures in 2023.
Alongside this, the National GP Patient Survey results show some great improvements:
💬 92% of patients feel listened to
📞 55% had a positive overall experience of contacting the surgery
👩‍⚕️ 65% had a positive overall appointment experience
