ABOUT YOGA FLOW
This class is great if you have some experience in yoga and/or you are happy to be challenged. Hatha-inspired, each month has a theme that will help you see progression in your practice while still offering a rounded, standalone weekly class. In February, we'll be focusing on the heart chakra, with heart openers and backbends.

ABOUT GENTLE YOGA
This is a mindful class that gently builds strength, stability and flexibility, through yoga poses, slow flows and supported balances. Perfect if you're new to yoga, returning to yoga or looking for a gentle practice β for example if you are in later life, recovering from injury, have a chronic health condition or simply enjoy a slower class.
