5 Healthy Habits to Help You Reach Your Goals ✨

1️⃣ Drink a glass of water with every meal
Hydration supports your body’s processes and can also help prevent overeating.

2️⃣ Aim for 7–8 hours of quality sleep
Sleep has a huge impact on your energy and blood sugar levels the next day. Prioritising good sleep helps recovery and progress.

3️⃣ Plan your day
Failing to prepare often leads to grabbing snacks or meals that don’t support your goals. I always notice I eat more when I haven’t planned ahead.

4️⃣ Focus on nutrition
Most of your results will come from what you eat. Exercise is great for accelerating progress when your body is properly fuelled.

5️⃣ Community is everything
Working towards your health goals with others makes the journey more enjoyable and keeps you accountable.

The “I’m Always Hungry” Survival Guide
Written by a pro at always being hungry 🤣

We’ve had a few chats about this recently at club and online too, so here are a few simple top tips to help if you’re finding yourself feeling a little hungry more often than you’d like 👇



1. DRINK WATER 💦

Your body quite often tells you it’s hungry when it’s actually thirsty.

Before reaching for a snack, try a glass of water and give it 10–15 minutes.
Ask yourself:
• Have I hit my water target today?
• Could I even go a little over?

Staying hydrated can make a huge difference to appetite control.



2. Check Your Protein 🍳

Protein helps keep you fuller for longer.

Are you including protein with every meal and snack?
If you’re under on your protein, you’re much more likely to feel hungry.



3. Fibre is your secret weapon for fullness.

Daily targets:
• Men: 30g per day
• Women: 25g per day

Try swapping to higher-fibre options like:
• Wholegrain bread
• Lentils



4. Be Smart with Your Carbohydrates 🍞

Not all carbs are created equal.

Choosing wholewheat and wholegrain options will keep you fuller for longer and help avoid energy crashes.



If you’re always hungry, don’t ignore it — your body is usually trying to tell you something.
Hydrate, check your protein, increase fibre, and upgrade your carbs 👊

So many of you have had incredible transformations and shape changes — we LOVE seeing your progress! 🙌 And with that often comes a wardrobe that no longer fits… what a great problem to have!

We thought it would be the perfect opportunity to swap clothes and discover a new wardrobe within our amazing community 💚✨

🗓 Rails will be in club Monday 9th March – Saturday 14th March

Bring in any unwanted clothing and have a browse to take home anything you need.

♻️ Any items not collected by the end of club on Saturday 14th March will be taken to charity.
