A massive shoutout to our volunteer team (aka family🤣) for supporting another year of fitness chicks 💕

From organising our events, charity collections and merch orders to helping us keep the gym clean, make balloon arches and hold signs in the freezing cold…

They truly are yes men and never have a problem with helping us with everything and anything 🥹🫶🏼

Yous are the absolute best and we can’t wait for a lil night to celebrate on the 27th 🕺 love yous!!!

Behind the scenes Linda works her magic so we can train in a clean, fresh, welcoming space every single day 🫶🏼

She’s also our biggest supporter - always showing up, helping out at all of our events and cheering the girlies on no matter what 🥹

When the days are long, dark and cold it can feel SO hard to get out and go to the gym so this is the lil boost we all needed 🥰🎀

WOMEN’S AID COLLECTION 2025 🥹💕

This Christmas our community pulled together to donate to Glasgow Women's Aid Mother Claus Christmas Appeal 🫶🏼

Sadly many families escaping domestic abuse face Christmas without the warmth and comfort of home.

We’re proud of our girls for coming together to kindly donate gifts and money for women and children in refuge 💕

Bags full of gifts and over £200 worth of vouchers are on their way to the Glasgow office. Well done girls🩷🩷
