Meet our gorgeous bride-to-be Kirsty 👰🏼✨
Kirsty joined FIERCE last summer, showing up consistently to her small group PT sessions twice a week, building not only strength but some really special friendships along the way 🥹🤍
At the start of this year, she decided to really locked in ahead of her wedding in May up by adding on check-ins so we could really dial in her nutrition, steps and overall lifestyle. And wow… she is THRIVING🤩
✨ 3K steps per day to 70K steps per week
✨ From skipping breakfast to fuelling her mornings
✨ Getting up earlier than she ever has to go a dog walk before work
✨ Added in an extra cardio class to her weekly split
✨ Built consistency with daily calorie tracking
✨ Prioritised evening habits such as putting her phone away and reading
These changes didn’t just happen overnight - we made them gradually, in a way that fit around her life. And the results speak for themselves… over a stone down and feeling her absolute best (especially on her hen 🥂💃)
Kirsty has had something on every single weekend - from ring shopping and cake tasting to weekends away and birthday celebrations 🎂💍
We adapted the plan week by week, proving you can find balance between your goals and your social life 💫
Now she’s in a place where she feels confident, happy and ready to maintain her gorgeous figure (with strict instructions from her mum… no more alterations allowed 🤣)
