Awakening comes
In many guises
Dis-guises itself
Often arriving
And leaving us
Surprised
Or even
Often
Shocked
At its apparent lack of care
For our tender Human Selves.
Jolted, we find ourselves
Facing a new reality
One which had been
Right before our eyes
But obscured by our
Believing
That what we were seeing
Was real
And not just a product
Of our conditioning
Our cultural
Acceptable
Agreeing

And we each call it in
Our own awakening
And we can choose to ignore it
Of course we can
For choice is our birthright
And there is no time-
Span
We must meet it by
It's incremental, oftentimes
And then, when we're ready
We real-eyes
There's no escaping it
If we wish to harmonise
With our very own lives.

So there comes a time
When we can no longer look back
With angry thoughts
Inner shaming
For we know this contracting
Hurts our hearts
Trapping
Us in cycles
Of blaming
What can no longer be changed
Despite our wishing
And instead, holds us caught
In a web of our own deceiving
Of what was
Blinding us from
What Is already unfurling
Our very own
Healing
Awakening
Self-responsibility creating,
Freeing,
Us
From the pain of holding
On
To that which keeps us
Power-less

And so let's seek
Those hands
And Hearts
Who offer us
Something New
Something Now
Someplace
Where we can take our ground
Receive ourSelves
As we truly are
Held in Compassion
And safe to love
Once again

For this is how we each began
Loving & trusting
And filled with curiosity for this Earth
Upon which we have landed
A Heart ready to Receive
A Body ready to Give
A Soul ready to play
And Spirit infusing
Our every~doing
Activating our very Being
Inviting us to stay.

So who can you forgive today?
Who can you set free from the prisons
Of your mind?
What can you do
To look around you
And see with fresh eyes
What you are creating?
And ask yourself
Can i Choose again?

And if we find ourselves stuck
Reach out.
Be humble
Vulnerable
We are all Human
After all
And no one escapes this life unscathed
No one lives without pain
Without loss
Without doubting themselves
Not wanting to be here even
At times.

And so we learn
So we grow
So we transform
Through this alchemy of Life
Of loving & being loved
Of knowing we are safe
And feeling we are held
Whether visible or invisible
None of us are ever alone
However it may sometimes feel.

Can you open a little more today?
Speak some words which lay heavy
On your Heart?
Trust that the more you soften
The more you surrender
The more the Goodness can reach out & find you?

Breathe dear one.
And again

Welcome Home to Your Beautiful Self

It is my honour & delight to find myself as a sacred space holder in this lifetime.

For the past 2 decades I have been on a mission to understand what it means to be a Human through studying behaviour, beliefs, emotions & mental states. Most of my learning has been through direct experience ~ through healing the multiple traumas located within my own system; through working with young people living them as a reality & through working with adults embarking on a journey of self-healing & growth.

For the past decade especially I have also been exploring the Spiritual & Energetic realms & finding ways to unite ALL of the ways we can experience ‘reality’ so that we may experience a deep sense of Surrender into Wholeness & Trust.

My Life’s work has not come through books or the teachings of others, although I have been Hugely assisted, inspired & awoken by them as companions on the journey. I have trained in Arts Psychotherapy; Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling; Advanced Theta Healing; Access Consciousness/Bars; Soul Journeying. All of these have brought about transformations & many ‘aha’ moments.
