As we come up to the final session of our Chakra Yoga set, our lovely group have expressed an interest to continue in The Railway Pub, Battle's sunny garden room on a friday morning. 🌞

So im launching a set of 6 Sun Salutation workshops where we will journey through the possibilities and variants of this morning awakening Salutation and create sequences together. There are 2 spaces left. 6 sessions for £60.

Today marks the Spring Equinox, the moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance. Our Saxon ancestors celebrated as Eostre’s blessing awakened the land from winter’s slumber. This ancient wisdom still speaks to us, a time of renewal, fertility, and fresh beginnings.

As the Wheel of the Year turns, may your spirit grow as strong as the new shoots pushing through the soil. Honour both light and shadow, for the Green Man stirs in the forest once more. May this season of rebirth bring abundance to your path.
