I havent come across this blend anywhere else and it just made sense, as Ive been running my yoga classes for years now and separate soundbaths.

The knowledge I have gained on exploration of our unique bodies and their response to movement, breathwork and sound is profound and I cant wait to share this workshop!

I have been practicing massage for nearly 20 years now. Over this time I have incorporated my knowledge of the holistic wheel of mind body and spirit, my yoga teaching experience, the meridian system, chakras and engery movement along with my knowlege on how the human body works and responds, to create a healing experience for my clients.
